I wrote these 25 random sentences today. 

As heart and soul dumps on Substack, some of which started in my journal today. 

Take what you need. 

1. Being Grateful for your heart , and your mind, helps with noticing that you are separate from them both. (Inspired by The Untethered Soul, Michael Singer) 
2. Growth is learning in disguise. 
3. Surrendering your mind to the quiet noise of your inner sanctuary… your heart fire, the sense of your body…is where you’ll find safety of your existence. 
4. Circumstances are fleeting, your soul is permanent. Thats where your true love is. 
5. You can let them, but it’s your choice to. And thats your power, 
6. The best process, is towards your soul and peace. 
7. Making it work, is another prison. 
8. Forget what works. And do what youre passionate about. Advice I’ve give someone else. Maybe it applies to me. 
9. Even the good thoughts are thoughts. At least they’re not self depreciating ones. Just let them do their thing. And rest in the in-between. Let them fly off away. And be. 
10. Gaps in the world, are portals to awareness. Look for the spaces. Look into them. Space beyond things. 
11. You are not the you, you think you are. You are the you thats noticing the you who thinks you are the thoughts of who you are. I think. 
12. Knowing that you are beautiful is beautiful in itself. Radiance emanates from assurance. 
13. I learned to read the room, before I learned how to play with lego. 
14. If their currency is chaos, they will rebel against calm.
15. Healing is like having the old dying soul inside you come to life again, separate from the banished darkness. Then have the young innocent child, one left behind, meet the revitalised old soul. And they walk into the sunset. Hand in Hand. 

17. May nothing disturb you quite as much as when the speakers dont connect to bluetooth. 
18. All generalisations of men and women are completely true, thats the rule of all memes. 
19. A man who is trying to avoid his pain for too long, may lose touch with his feelings, care and depth, that can save his life. 
20. Sometimes you have to lose the things, that stop you finding yourself. 
21. Love without anger is pleasing without protection,Anger without love is destructive and manipulative. One is often diminished to keep you compliant, the other disregarded by society and systems of power and wealth. Thats why healing requires both to rise. 
22. If you sprinkle every conversation with love, if you give a little more and don’at need to receive. Then the deep magic occurs

24. You can like me, you can hate me, but until you find me, you cant love me. 
25. When you’ve made it out of your darkness and back, when you’ve loved the haunted parts, that once held you captive. You rise. With nothing to fear.
